Factory kit prices, excluding VAT. Land, permits, foundations, utility connections, finishes, transport and assembly are not included and are quoted per project. Finished house: indicative estimate: the factory kit is roughly 30–40% of the cost of the finished house. The final price depends on the materials chosen and is fixed in the written proposal.

The factory we represent makes panels for homes in Norway and Sweden. In Portugal, the same insulation helps keep the house comfortable in summer and winter, depending on design and use.

How it works

Typical factory lead time: about 3 months.

    Proposal

    Tell us what you need: materials for your own design, or a house model and the municipality. We reply with a proposal by email.

  2. 2

    Design and documentation

    We confirm quantities or the model and send the technical documentation of the system. Permitting is a separate process.

  3. 3

    Production

    Panel production: about 2 weeks for a 150 m² reference. Typical factory lead time: about 3 months.

  4. 4

    Delivery and optional assembly

    Transport quoted per project. You can buy materials only; if you wish, the structure is assembled in 2 to 5 days, by our team or by your builder.
